1. Scope of Service: This Agreement governs the settlement and bridging of digital assets accumulated within the LUXA Mini App to the Cosmos SDK sovereign blockchain (Chain ID: luxa-1).
2. Protocol & Network Deductions: The user authorizes an automated deduction comprising an 8% Protocol Reserve Fee and a fixed 0.001 LUXA network settlement fee per request. These deductions support validator security, node infrastructure, and treasury funding.
3. Transaction Finality: All cryptographic transactions committed and verified on the ledger are immutable, final, and non-refundable.
4. Self-Custody Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their recovery seed phrase and Vault security PIN. The LUXA core team never accesses unencrypted private keys.
